Cooking Directions
Pre-fry the vegetables (cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, capsicum) and keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Sauté till evenly browned.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till softened and mushy.
Add turmeric powder and Kalsa’s Spice Mix Masala. Mix well.
Cook on low flame for 2–3 mins till oil separates.
Add the pre-fried vegetables and paneer cubes.
Cook at medium flame for 8–10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
