Homestyle Matar Paneer

Cooking Directions

Heat oil or ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn light brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Pour in tomato puree and add Kalsa Spice Mix, turmeric, and salt.

Cook until the gravy starts to thicken or release oil.

Add green peas and 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 mins.

Add the paneer cubes and simmer for another 5 mins.

Stir in fresh cream for a rich texture and garnish with coriander.

2 Tomatoes, pureed
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

2 tbsp Oil or Ghee
Salt and sugar to taste
