Chicken Curry

Cooking Directions

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and add whole spices (Bay leaves, cloves).

Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn deep golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate.

Add Kalsa Spice Mix Masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the chicken pieces and sauté on high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in 1.5 cups of water, cover, and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Garnish with fresh green chillies and coriander.

2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
3 tsp Kalsa’s Spice Mix Masala
1 tsp Red chili powder
2 Bay leaves
3 Cloves
4 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
